Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as communicated at the time of booking. Booking details shared via call, WhatsApp, or online platforms will be considered final.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be informed in advance through phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation terms may vary based on the booking type, season, and availability. Please confirm cancellation conditions at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
If a booking is eligible for a refund as per the agreed cancellation terms, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refund processing may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment method.
No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show or failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior intimation, no refund will be applicable.
Early Check-Out
No refunds will be provided for early check-outs once the stay has commenced.
Event & Banquet Bookings
Cancellations for banquet hall, wedding functions, birthday parties, or group bookings may have separate cancellation and refund terms, which will be communicated during booking confirmation.
Changes to Booking
